Sue Goodrich BSc FCIPD FCIH

Sue is our lead Human Resources Consultant and a Managing Partner of TemeConsulting.  A flexible all-rounder, Sue specialises in;

  • equality & diversity issues
  • managing difficult staffing situations

  • pay & benefits
  • policies & procedures
  • service reviews

A Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and the Chartered Institute of Housing, Sue has over 30 years experience in social housing and 12 years as a consultant. 

Originally trained as a Housing Manager, Sue worked as HR Manager with a major RSL, as Personnel Advisor with the National Housing Federation and in Management Services with a Local Authority.  She has also served as an active Board Member with a number of RSLs .

Sue is the author of numerous publications, and is one of the most highly respected consultants in her field.

 
     
 

Roger Sutton MCIPD FIMS

A Human Resources Manager for over 30 years working in and with the public and voluntary sectors, Roger specialises in;

  • the management of large-scale organisational change
  • job evaluation
  • the creation of pay and benefits structures
  • the design and introduction of HR procedures, documentation and computerised records systems

Roger is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Fellow of the Institute of Management Services and an accredited associate consultant with the National Employer's Organisation for job evaluation.

Roger's background as an HR Manager was gained first in Severn Trent Water where he was involved in the creation of a single multifunction Division from 10 existing organisations and the establishment of a centralised billing function involving over 500 employees.  As an HR Manager with Hereford & Worcester County Council, he was responsible for the planning and management of HR issues in the creation of the Herefordshire Council, a new Unitary Authority, from five predecessor organisations -- serving as a senior HR Manager within the organisation before moving into consultancy.

 
     
     
 

Diane Coburn MCIPD Cert Workplace Mediation

Diane is an experienced management developer and facilitator of Action Learning Sets and mentoring schemes for Managers.  She is also an NVQ management assessor.

Chris Goodrich BSc MBCS CITP

Chris is our lead Information Technology and Management consultant.  An experienced senior manager who has worked with IT for 30 years, Chris specialises in;

  • Strategic IT Management and the Management of Change
  • IT Service Reviews and Health-Checks
  • Procurement
  • Project Management
  • IT Recruitment
  • Survey design and analysis
  • Data Protection Audit

Originally a Public Policy specialist, Chris ran Micros for the Movement, a joint Housing Corporation, HACAS and National Housing Federation initiative providing computer systems for RSLs .  Working subsequently for the NHF, he provided advice and training to members on IT issues. He then moved into Local Government, becoming IT Director with a new, Unitary Authority.

A Professional Grade Member of the British Computer Society, Chris is the author of articles on Computer and Public Policy matters.  He has been Board member with a number of RSLs, including a spell as a Housing Corporation special appointee.

Paul Leadbetter CMIOSH LFOH

Paul is our Health & Safety consultant.  A specialist in safety and occupational hygiene matters, he is skilled in;

  • Noise assessments
  • Training

Originally trained as a chemist, Paul is a highly qualified Health & Safety professional with almost 14 years risk assessment experience as a consultant to the public, private and independent sectors.  He is a Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, a Registered Safety Practitioner, a Licentiate of the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene and a Registered Occupational Hygienist.
